For 15 years, a team in Ostermiething has carried out a Christmas campaign every year and gives presents to children in Eastern Europe.
Last year the gift packages came to Romania and made the children from the village of Bethausen and the surrounding area very happy. This year over 400 parcels were brought to Eastern Slovakia. Twelve schools as well as parents and children from the Innviertel and Flachgau have helped.
