Christian activists call for boycott of film in which Michael Jackson’s daughter plays Jesus Christ

The filming of the movie ‘Habit’ has already finished, and in April the film was already in the post-production stage.

Almost 300,000 people signed a petition to prevent the release of the film ‘Habit’ by the American director Janell Shirtcliff.

According to the authors of the Bell, who call the film “christianophobic trash”, in the film the model Paris Jackson —daughter of Michael Jackson— will play a lesbian version of Jesus.

Meanwhile, in April Entertainment Weekly reported that the film tells the story of “a girl struggling on the streets with fetishistic inclinations for Jesus and who disguises herself as a nun to try to escape the consequences of a violent drug business”. The main heroine is played by actress Bella Thorne.

Although the ad does not confirm Jackson’s alleged lesbian nature of Jesus Christ, campaign organizers continue to call for a boycott of the film. “The dealers have not yet bought it, so please be aware and wake up,” the text of the petition demands.

As for other features of the film, Entertainment Weekly highlights the presence of rocker Gavin Rossdale and “many other musical talents in the cast.” “Yes, we have intentionally brought together a lot of rock stars in the film because we want the soundtrack to be the best,” then producer Donovan Leitch promised.
