Chris Pratt has had a little talk with the digital magazine Variety in which he has commented on several little things, but one of them is the one that has caught our attention the most.
Chriss Pratt is enjoying the dubbing
According to the actor, he could have been very cnear the address of the film and contribute certain ideas that have helped the evolution of the character and the dubbing itself. These are Chris’ statements:
I’ve worked very closely with the directors and we’ve tried a few things, coming up with something that I’m really proud of and can’t wait for people to see and hear. It is an animation with voice-over narration. It’s not a live-action movie, I’m not going to be wearing a plumber’s suit and running around, I’m providing a voice for an animated character, and it’s a different update that has never been heard before in the world of Mario.
For Chris Pratt, interpreting the voice of Mario is a dream he’s had since he was a kidand for this reason it is putting a lot of effort into its own development.
The movie is at 75%
Chris Meledandri, the film’s co-producer, is very happy about the decision to use Pratt as the main voice, he also already indicated in his day that the development of the film is 75% complete, in April of next year we will finally be able to see it finished. Remember that it was already delayed a few months, since its first date was for Christmas 2022.
There is still a little until its staging and we are already looking forward to knowing if this interpretation of Pratt can be reflected in the dubbing into other languages.
