Over the past three years, the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone has boldly experimented, boldly ventured, and independently reformed. With institutional innovation as the core, it has triggered deep-seated “changes” in the five major areas of institutions, opening up, industry, innovation, and serving national strategies. Over the past three years, the Free Trade Pilot Zone has formed a total of 162 institutional innovation achievements, 21 of which are the first of its kind in the country, 6 have been approved by the State Council and relevant ministries and commissions to be replicated and promoted nationwide, and 7 have been selected into the “China Free Trade Pilot Zone Development Report” by the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce.
