Crescendo, an association of more than 500 employees in the early childhood sector, 40 establishments, member of GROUPE SOS (15,000 employees, leading European social enterprise), has been responsible for the creation, development and management of institutions for young children, while developing systems to meet the needs of families with children under 6 years old.

We are looking for a manager for our 2 Multi-reception centers: Tralal’ayres (12 children) and Alain Babillot (9 children) located in Bordeaux.

In collaboration with the early childhood coordinator, you promote the establishment of the establishment’s life plan, in order to respect the harmonious development of each child on the psycho-emotional, sociological and physical level.

You promote and set up a dynamic in terms of welcoming children and their families. To do this, you participate in admissions interviews and specific interviews and pay attention to the adaptation periods. You maintain relationships with parents to support them in their parenting functions.

You ensure the organization, animation and supervision of the team. You are the guarantor of the work objectives and practices of the team under your responsibility, in accordance with the service plan, the policy and the philosophy of the association and the Group.

You ensure, with the team, the deployment of the educational project built on benevolence with children, parents and professionals.

You participate in the management and planning of the material and budgetary resources of your establishment in conjunction with the coordinator. You apply the associative procedures in terms of accounting management and human resources. You participate in the recruitment of staff.

To occupy this position, you must have a State diploma in Early Childhood Educator with 3 years of experience in management.

You have the following knowledge and / know-how:

* Know how to supervise groups of children

* Know the rules of hygiene and health.

* Knowing how to delegate to team members

* Set goals for team members and monitor their achievement

* Enforce the standards and procedures in force

* Lead, manage and supervise a team

* Coordinate the work of the different team members

Experienced (2 to 5 years)
