In practice, this is a device that alerts to the presence of a child in the car, in case the parents (or guardians) leave. It is a prevention solution that aims to offer greater peace of mind.
The Chicco BebèCare Easy-Tech is attached to the car seat, normally on the seat belts, to be closer to the child. According to the brand, it is completely safe, as it does not compromise the safety performance of the seat, and, in addition, it is universal, as it can be used in any car seat.
To use it, simply install the Chicco BebèCare app on your smartphone and activate Bluetooth. If necessary, the device activates intelligent alarm systems, which gradually evolve: alarm 0 starts by sending a notification to the driver’s smartphone if he leaves the car; if the notification is not turned off within 3 minutes, the first level audible alarm is activated which lasts for 40 seconds; after that time, the second level alarm is activated, which will send a message to the pre-defined emergency numbers with the geolocation information of the car where the child is.
