“The suspect arrived late and at 16:11 the defender of Poroshenko P.A. called the investigator by phone and informed about their arrival on a call. Although the investigator was already in the lobby of the premises after 4 minutes, however, neither the suspect Poroshenko P.A., nor him There were no defenders in the building,” the Bureau said.

As indicated, the investigator called the people’s deputy’s lawyer, but he did not voice the reasons for such actions of the client.

According to the agency, Poroshenko arrived at the meeting at 16:07. At 16:11 he was registered in the Visitors’ Journal, and at 16:14 the people’s deputy left the building.

“The suspect Poroshenko P.A. and his lawyers arrived late and were in the premises of the DBR for about 7 minutes. They left the Bureau, knowing for sure that the investigator was waiting for them and ready to meet,” the DBR concluded and noted that these facts could be regarded as improper performance by the suspect of the duties assigned to him.

Recall that earlier the Bureau stated that by a court decision of January 19, Poroshenko is also obliged to deposit his passport (passports) with the relevant authorities in order to travel abroad, but he still didn’t do it.
