If you are declared a recipient of assistance, the next step is to visit the nearest BRI Bank.

Aestika said, with this facility, it is hoped that the public can check from their homes without having to come to the BRI office so as to reduce queues and potential crowds.
Previously, BRI had sent SMS notifications for aid recipients. Sending SMS notification is also to make it easier for the public to get information.
Meanwhile, for BPUM recipients who do not have a cell phone number, BRI salespeople who are scattered throughout Indonesia visited.
Aestika said, since the launch of Indonesian President Joko Widodo on August 24, 2020, BRI has distributed BPUM of IDR 10.3 trillion to 4.3 million recipients.
“The company is committed to fully supporting this program with the aim of pumping back the pulse of the economy through micro business actors,” said Aestika.
How to register for assistance
The government provides Productive Micro Entrepreneurs Banpres (BPUM) with a nominal value of Rp 2.4 million.
To get this assistance, the community can contact the Cooperative and UMKM Office according to their domicile.
“The way is to write or call the office that handles cooperatives and MSMEs to be proposed as potential recipients of BPUM. The service will verify and propose to the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises,” said Deputy for Financing of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Medium Enterprises, Hanung Harimba Rachman. Prospective beneficiaries can also be proposed by cooperatives that have been legalized as legal entities.

Before registering, make sure you are eligible for this assistance, namely:
- Own a micro scale business
- Not ASN (State Civil Apparatus), TNI / Polri, BUMN / BUMD employees
- Not currently having loans at banks and People’s Business Credit (KUR)
The UMKM BLT program is extended until the end of November 2020.
