1. Will Get IDR 22 T, What Will Bukalapak Do After IPO?

Indonesian e-commerce company, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk is confirmed to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in early August, as planned, August 6, 2021.

Bukalapak became the first unicorn e-commerce company from Indonesia to go public on the IDX by offering as much as 25% shares to the public with a target of IDR 21.90 trillion in public offering funds with the stock code BUKA.

Meanwhile, the IPO price range offered is Rp. 750 to Rp. 850 per share.

President Director of Bukalapak, Rachmat Kaimuddin, explained that this IPO was also a milestone for the company. Since the beginning, Bukalapak has a vision to further develop so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are promoted.

The company’s focus after the IPO is to develop the Bukalapak ecosystem, both in the marketplace and with Bukalapak partners.

2. Bentoel Exports Products to 23 Countries, The Value is Almost IDR 3 T

The management of British American Tobacco Group (BAT) cigarette issuer PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA) said the company succeeded in exporting high quality products to 23 countries in Asia Pacific and the Middle East last year with a value of Rp 2.9 trillion.

“Last year, we exported high-quality products to 23 countries in Asia Pacific and the Middle East whose value reached Rp. 2.9 trillion,” he said in an official statement, Friday (9/7/2021).

3. Earth Resources Repays Debt Tranche A US $ 23.3 Million

PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) has processed the fourteenth payment of US$ 23.3 million or Rp. 337.85 billion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,500) through a facility agent on July 9, 2021 for the payment of tranche A. This payment is for the principal loan of US$ $15.9 million and interest of US$7.4 million for Tranche A.

Director and Corporate Secretary Dileep Srivastava said that with today’s 14th quarterly payment, the largest coal company has paid a total of US$ 365 million or equivalent to Rp 5.3 trillion in cash.

This amount consists of Tranche A principal of US$ 211.7 million and interest of US$ 153.3 million, including accrued interest and back interest.

4. Rogoh IDR 325 billion, Alam Sutera Completes Bond Tender Offer

The property development company, PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), announced that its subsidiary, Alam Synergy Pte. Ltd. (ASPL) has completed a tender offer for part of the debt securities in the currency that has been issued by the company.

A tender offer is a public offer submitted by investors to buy shares or debt securities (bonds) from a company in a certain amount.

Previously on June 17, 2021, the company through ASPL had made a tender offer (buying bonds that have been issued) for some debt securities with a fixed interest rate of 6.625% per year. The bonds will mature in 2022 with the remaining principal amount of US$ 46,579,000 or equivalent to Rp. 675.39 billion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,500/US$).
