The mayors of the town of Bischofsheim, Georg Seiffert, and the town of Gersfeld, Steffen Korell, address this urgent appeal to all guests who are currently flooding the Rhn due to the excellent snow conditions. “We are currently overrun”. Chaotic conditions prevail everywhere in the Rhn. The parking spaces at the tourist hotspots quickly reached their limits. The Wasserkuppe has had to be closed to any further influx of visitors for days.
