Chad and its hard-working partners facing the challenges of access to education

The health crisis has a perceptible impact on education following the prolonged interruption of classes and the requirements linked to barrier measures. Faced with this situation, initiatives have been developed by the Ministry of National Education and its partners to alleviate the disturbances, continue classes and ensure the promotion of children’s rights.

In this period, distance education is more privileged. In this sense, the project to support emergency education through distance education, in the context of Covid-19, was initiated by the ministerial department.

Through this project, the Institute of Innovative Technologies for Development (Technidev) and technical partners are working on the introduction of digital technology into the education system, explain the speakers Djedanem Banga, deputy director of exams and competitions at the Ministry of National Education, and Khalid Fadoul director of Technidev.
