“Certainly one of my most beautiful own goals”

Martin Hinteregger was one of the main players in the game Bayern Munich against Eintracht Frankfurt with a double pack and an own goal and set a new record.

With a curious “hat trick” the central defender has once again proven his goal, if not always in the right way. At 4-2 for Bayern, Serge Gnabry ran unhindered towards goalkeeper Kevin Trapp in the 74th minute. Gnabry wants to cross, but Hinteregger “catches” the Stangelpass with two ping-pong heels before the ball rolls unhappily into the goal. It was his fourth own goal in his career.

“That’s just the class of Bayern Munich. If you have to, you can shift up a gear,” explained the team defender.

Hinteregger with a new record
