Central – One person died in a huge fire in a shopping center on the outskirts of Moscow

Russia Today reported that one person was killed in a major fire that broke out in the “OBI” store in the “Mega Khimki” shopping center located in the district.

A statement released by the department said, “In Khimki City, 8th District, Building 2, the “OBI” store caught fire. A 150-square-meter fire broke out on the roof of the building.

For its part, the press office of the Russian Emergencies Ministry verified that the area of ​​the fire had risen to 18,000 square meters, noting that 70 people and 20 fire engines were involved in the operation.
