Regarding financing transactions in the real estate sector, they experienced a slight acceleration at the end of the first six months of 2020 compared to the previous month, i.e. an increase, year on year, in the overall outstanding loans granted to the construction sector. real estate by 1.6%, after + 1% at the end of May 2020 and + 3.3% a year earlier.
This change is driven by the improvement in outstanding loans allocated to housing by 1.8% (after + 1.1% and + 4.9%) and loans allocated to real estate development by 0.4 % (after + 0.1% and -0.6%).
