However, the surgeon himself denies the allegations, and sued Scoggins last week, after she allegedly threatened to sue if he did not pay her five million dollars, wrote TMZ gives.
He believes the patient was aware of the risks of the butt lift operation, and claims that she should be followed up by another doctor when she returned home to Texas.
