“Gel made by LVMH who donated it to hospitals […] and which is found on the shelves of a Carrefour City at an illegal price. That’s the short circuit “, quipped Laurent Filoche, pharmacist and president of the Union of pharmacist groupings (UGDPO) on his account.
Carrefour admits it was a mistake
The Carrefour group wanted to react quickly, stating that it was a mistake. “One of our franchisees inadvertently installed these bottles that should never have been sold. This was fixed quickly “said a spokesperson for the brand.
Hello, the gel was removed from the shelf this morning. It was intended for our employees and should not have ended up for sale. It was a store error, it’s fixed. (1/2)

These bottles were offered by LVMH to certain large retail groups so that they could give them to their employees. “They primarily provided public services such as the AP-HP or the police headquarters, but they also supplied other retailers or other large groups such as Air France”, said the spokesperson for the store brand.
