AT the Fundación Cajasol, in the Plaza de San Antonio, the opening of the exhibition ‘Carmen Laffón in the collection of the Fundación Cajasol’ took place. The event was directed by the president of the Fundación Cajasol Antonio Pulido, accompanied by the painter Carmen Laffón, the curator of the exhibition Juan Suárez and the nephew of the painter Manuel Laffón.
The exhibition includes a selection of works by Carmen Laffón, including paintings, drawings and sculptures, belonging to the Cajasol Foundation collection. All the pieces for the exhibition have been selected by the painter herself, reflecting the different themes that she has carried out during her professional career. Among his exhibited works is a painting of his family home in La Jara, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, portraits, still lifes and landscapes. The sample will remain on display until August 9.
