Carabineros arrested seven people who were inside a home that functioned as a brothel in the Puente Alto district.
According to the first information, the police received an anonymous complaint, for which reason personnel from the 38th Police Station went to the house on Puchuncaví street, where they discovered several rooms equipped for the sex trade.
“It was reported about a police procedure, an address where the sex trade was apparently being carried out, Carabineros arrived at the place, met with the owner of the house, who invited the Carabineros to enter the home, and an official could see that crossing a screen there were some rooms enabled for this purpose “, confirmed the Captain Mauricio Rodríguez, patrol officer of the Santiago Cordillera Prefecture.
In the lupanar the owner of the place, three women who were sex workers, two clients and a maid, in principle for violating article 318 of the Penal Code, on health crimes in the framework of the pandemic.
Police also seized close to one million pesos which, preliminarily, correspond to collection for the activity in the mancebía.
Carabineros reported the situation to the health authority, which initiated a summary against the owner and those who are responsible for the administration of the place.
