Technologue.id, Jakarta – Canon through pt. Datascrip officially presents two series of document scanners or the latest scanners, namely imageFORMULA DR-S150 and R40. Both are intended to support high productivity.

In addition, these two scanners can also be integrated with various document management software that allows users to easily manage digital documents and make workflows more efficient.
“Both have been equipped with the latest technology and are easy to operate to support work productivity anywhere,” he said in a virtual launch event on Wednesday (7/4/2021).
Canon imageFORMULA DR-S150
This scanner has a compact design with versatile connectivity. There are various connectivity options ranging from Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB, making it easy for users to scan documents either with a computer or smartphone.
The DR-S150 is equipped with DR Processor technology with high speed and quality of up to 45 pages per minute. This scanner is also equipped with OCR technology to convert the scanned images into data.
Users can scan high-volume documents of up to 60 pages, document types, including ultra-thin paper, plastic ID cards, embossed cards, and even 4mm thick passports.
Thanks to CaptureOnTouch V4 technology, it is also easy for users to convert documents in softcopy form, which are then used for digital information management purposes.
Canon imageFORMULA R40
Just like its sibling, the Canon imageFORMULA R40 also has a compact design and easy setup. This scanner is capable of scanning documents at a speed of 40 pages per minute and has a resolution of 600 dp.
Canon R40 also has an Automatic Document Feeder that can accommodate up to 60 sheets of paper. Equipped with an accurate roller, the R40 also supports a wide variety of document scanning types including thick and thin paper, receipts, business cards and more.

Regarding the price, pt. Datascrip as Canon’s authorized distributor in Indonesia sells the Canon imageFORMULA DR-S150 at a price of IDR 14,376,000. while the Canon imageFORMULA R40 is priced at Rp. 5,364,000.
