Canadians pay tribute to healthcare workers

Empty bleachers, closed concessions and crowd sounds projected by noise makers, the inauguration of the season at home for the Montreal Canadiens is nothing ordinary in times of pandemic.

This is why the Habs organization dedicated its opening ceremony to health workers by paying tribute to them, those who watch the front day and night.

The latter presented the colors of the 2020-2021 edition of the Bleu-blanc-rouge.

Even the football player Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, a doctor by training, had his privileged moment, he who introduced the captain of the CH, Shea Weber. A great initiative from the Habs to highlight the work of the guardian angels.
