4. Fabric: Virus lasts up to 2 days on fabric.

It is important to remember that this study was carried out in standard laboratory conditions. If the corona virus that causes Covid-19 is on food packaging, it is likely that the virus is small in number and is also sensitive to conditions such as temperature and humidity.
