Campeonato Carioca will have games broadcast by streamer Casimiro

THE Cariocão Betfair 22 will have broadcasts of the biggest sports streamer in Brazil. The most watched championship in the country closed an unprecedented partnership with Casimiro to show the 16 games, live, on the most watched channel in the world on Twitch. The games are the same that will be on Record, holder of the rights on open TV. The first game will be Flamengo x Portuguese, January 26, at 9:35 pm.

By closing with Casimiro, in a negotiation brokered by the Sportsview and LiveMode agencies, Cariocão Betfair 22 takes another step to expand the scope of the competition and reach different consumer niches. The championship will also have innovative broadcasts on YouTube, Facebook and Twitch with the Flow Sports Club podcast, with streamer Gaules and Ronaldo TV.

“The Carioca Championship already has national coverage. Now Casimiro arrives to reinforce the team to increase its reach in the digital and youth world”, said Rubens Lopes, president of the Football Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

“This is the beginning of my dream to revolutionize football broadcasting. It will be very exciting to broadcast the Carioca games that I have seen so many times in the stands”, commented Casimiro.

With the agreement, Cariocão Betfair 2022 will have the widest distribution network among football competitions in Brazil. In addition to the presence on the largest social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitch, the championship will be available on open TV on TV Record and on the main closed TV operators such as Sky, Claro and VivoTV. In addition, the streaming platforms Cariocão Play, Directv Go and Eleven Sports will also bring all 78 games from the competition.

CARIOCÃO PLAY

In 2022, Cariocão PLAY will bring fans the unprecedented opportunity to follow Cariocão Betfair 22 through different broadcasts: club TVs, a broadcast with neutral narration and another aimed at fans who like real-time statistics. In addition to the live games, the platform will also allow access to the games at any time, according to the fan’s choice.

The price to watch all the games will be R$ 129.90, with monthly fees starting at R$ 49.90. The single game during the Guanabara Cup will cost R$ 27.90. One of the novelties will be a 10% discount for fan members who are compliant with their clubs.
