A true ordeal lived at such a young age a minor in Monagas. The minor was beaten to death and the autopsy also revealed that he had been the victim of sexual abuse.
For the death of the minor, barely 5 years old, the Cicpc detained his mother and grandfather, a septuagenarian who confessed to abusing his grandson.
Hounds from Cicpc, attached to the Mongolian Homicide Investigations Axis, clarified the infanticide that occurred in the San Vicente sector, Maturín municipality, Monagas state, after finding the capture of his mother, Adriana José Acosta Suárez (27) and his grandfather, Luis Francisco Acosta Gascón (70).
The detective body explained that the case became known after the mother took the child dead to the Doña Felicia Rondón Cabello Hospital, stating that the child had received several blows when he was playing with a neighbor.
Doctors observed that the minor had several bruises, Therefore, a legal necropsy was performed, determining that the cause of death was caused by a blow to the abdomen. It was also possible to verify that the infant was a victim of sexual abuse.
With the revealing report the investigations continued and During the interrogations, the mother confessed that, on occasions, she beat the child because she was not paying attention, but that she did not want to cause his death; and the grandfather admitted to having sexually abused him.
Both, seeing the infant lifeless, decided to take him to the hospital, where they told the neighbor’s story, to try to evade their responsibilities with the law, the police reported through the social networks of the national head of the Cicpc.
The mother and grandfather passed to the order of the Public Ministry of the Monagas state.
