Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War is getting free open beta across all platforms

Last week, PS4 players were already getting started with the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War alpha, but Activision has announced that there will be two more open beta weekends.

In a news item it is announced that there will be two options to pre-order Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War to try. The first weekend is a PS4 exclusive and boots up 8th October. From that day on, gamers can get started with the open beta with a pre-order. From October 10th all PS4 users can get started with the open beta. The weekend is ending October 12th.

The second weekend is playable on PS4, Xbox and PC and supports crossplay. From 15th October gamers can get started with the beta with a pre-order. From 17 october until 19 october everyone can finally get started with the open beta.
