Duration of contract: The contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. It will be tacitly renewed until its term.
The number of renewal periods is set at 3.
The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months.
The provisional start date for the services is 01/04/2021.
Number and consistency of lots: There is no provision for decomposition into batches.
Award procedure: Adapted procedure
Terms of allocation: The period of validity of the offers is fixed at 90 days months from the deadline for receipt of the offers.

PRICE OF SERVICES: 40%
