Caledon Residents Can Learn Stop-Motion Animation at Free Workshop

Culture Days, a national event celebrating arts, culture, and heritage, runs from September 19th to october 12th in Caledon. this workshop provides a hands-on possibility to learn techniques that bypass traditional filmmaking requirements – no camera or developing chemicals are needed. Participants will learn to manipulate 16mm film through scratching, painting, hole punching, and collage.
The workshop will be led by Mia, who will introduce the medium and demonstrate various techniques. Each participant will recieve a five-foot strip of either black or clear 16mm leader to create their moving image.
