Many Premier League clubs made their debut this Sunday in the most famous of the English cups. Chelsea easily dominated 4-0 the modest club Morecambe, Timo Werner or Kai Havertz scored. Manchester City did the same against Birmingham, a 3-0 victory thanks to a beautiful double signed Bernardo Silva. Tottenham is the team which achieved the biggest card of the day by going to win 5-0 on the lawn of Marine, club of 5th division English. Others struggled more: Brighton went all the way to a penalty shoot-out to defeat Newport as Leeds fell largely 3-0 to a surprising side from Crawley.
