Insiders confirm that the cabinet will almost certainly announce this at the press conference scheduled for 7 p.m. The sale of alcohol by shops, both physical and online, is also prohibited in the evenings. The additional restrictions should apply for two weeks.
The heavy measures were discussed in the Security Council tonight with the mayors who chair the security region. The experts of the Outbreak Management Team (OMT) would see the hospitality industry as a place where many infections still occur, especially among young people. They can then transfer the virus to vulnerable people.
To prevent people from deciding to buy their own drinks and have a party, the sale of alcohol in shops after 8 p.m. is prohibited. Ordering drinks online and having drinks delivered is also no longer allowed.
Maximum of three guests per day
If it is up to the cabinet, groups may not exceed four people, both inside and outside. The guideline that you may not receive more than three people in the house is being further tightened: the number of three will be the maximum for a whole day. Anyone who has had three neighbors visiting in the morning should therefore not invite family in the evening.
Earlier today it was leaked that the cabinet wants to stop adult team sports. Traveling by public transport is only allowed if it is strictly necessary.
