Beijing, the capital of China, came on alert immediately after the long holidays (1-7 October) of the 73rd anniversary of the nation’s founding. It is no longer possible to enter or leave Beijing from the outside.
On October 16, 2019, the XX National Congress of the Communist Party will begin in the Aula Magna del Popolo. The Communist Party Congress is held once every five years, but Xi Jinping (69), who was general secretary (party head) for “two ten-year terms,” retires as usual. However, they are trying to semi-permanently build the “Communist Party of Xi Jinping” and ultimately the “China of Xi Jinping”.
The party constitution has a greater significance than the constitution

The “Chapter of the Communist Party of China” written at the end of this article refers to the establishment of the Communist Party of China. The 20th Communist Party Congress, which begins on the 16th, will decide the party’s “personal” and “policies” for the next five years.
Among these, “politics” is clearly manifested in the revision of the party’s constitution. The Party Constitution is the constitution of a single political party, but in a sense the Party Constitution is more important than the Constitution, as the Chinese Constitution states that “the Communist Party leads the country”.
