Buy a House with a Mortgage, Realistic Denny Sumargo

If someone says that by becoming a celebrity, their life is totally different from those who are not, actually that’s not entirely true. For matters of buying property, the installment option is still chosen.

As known, Denny Sumargo currently building a new home. He obtained the building through a Home Ownership Credit (KPR), just like most other people.

“I first bought the land, it was a mortgage, but after we got the fortune we paid it off. So if you see me, Denny Sumargo is very hedonistic, he has a lot of money, we started slowly, step by step,” he said when met in the Gatot Subroto area, South Jakarta, yesterday.

“A Denny Sumargo is also a KPR, his life is realistic. That’s why I don’t want to talk about how much it costs,” he continued.

Regarding the new house, even at the initial stage, Densu felt that it was inappropriate to have a bigger house.

“I feel I deserve it, don’t I? Because I don’t think about having something that is ‘wow’. Then said Ci Oliv (Olivia Allan, wife), this is not a matter of merit, but a matter of need. It’s a pity to see me, sometimes I work from the toilet, sometimes working from the porch of the house, sometimes I go to the basketball court complex with the team,” explained Densu.

Currently, the house with a simple minimalist concept is only entering its initial stage of about 25 percent. Later there will be a residence, office, and a special area for his beloved wife.

“Ci Oliv has his own private area. Now employees are pacing back and forth in the living room, that’s what I think about,” he said.

“We are grateful that we happen to have sustenance. There are no targets, now I want to do it with a focus on health, away from problems,” closed Densu.
