Three suspects of a car burglary were injured late Monday evening during a chase by the police in Veghel. The suspects’ getaway car crashed into a tree after the driver lost control of the vehicle. This happened around eleven o’clock at Het Ven in Veghel. The three suspects were taken to hospital with unknown injuries, according to police.
The police car chasing the getaway car narrowly dodged the crashed car, grazed a tree and ended up in a garden. The officers were not injured.
The burglars were caught red-handed in Uden and fled. Officers give chase. From Uden, the suspects drove onto the A50 to get off it again at Veghel. Shortly afterwards the accident happened. Police believe the suspects drove a stolen car.
