Lee Hyun-joo, who is caught in bullying rumors, is drawing attention to the mixed moves of the group April and Unity.
Recently, Lee Hyun-joo’s younger brother revealed on an online community bulletin board that Lee Hyun-joo was bullied by the members before leaving April, and this resulted in an excommunication. Accordingly, April’s agency DSP media suggested a legal response, saying it was unfounded.
While Lee Hyun-joo and the group April side are fighting for the truth over the bullying rumor, the project group Unity, which Lee Hyun-joo belonged to, openly cheers for Lee Hyun-joo.
First, Yunjo said on his SNS on the 2nd, “I’m talking today in the Unity group chat room, and (Hyunjoo) is a lot harder, but I believe he’ll get through it well.” Don’t bother me with useless interest,” he urged.
Another member of Unity, Lee Soo-ji, also posted a picture of Lee Hyun-joo on her SNS and expressed her support, saying, “I hope I will also be a strength for you.”
Meanwhile, Lee Hyun-joo withdrew from April in October 2016, and then worked as a Unity member through KBS2 entertainment program’Idol Reboot Project-The Unit’ in February 2018.
