The execution of the Finance Law (LF) at the end of June 2020 shows a negative budget balance of 28.8 billion dirhams, according to the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Administrative Reform.
This deficit results from ordinary resources (excluding loan receipts) of 203.1 billion dirhams and expenses (excluding debt amortization) of 231.8 billion, specifies the ministry in its quarterly report on the execution of the law. of Finances.
Taking into account receipts from loans of 53.4 billion dirhams and amortization of the debt of 30.4 billion, the execution of the finance law releases an excess of expenses over resources of 5.8 billion, specifies the same source.
The report also shows that the total resources of the State during the first half of 2020 reached 256.5 billion dirhams, i.e. an achievement rate of 56.2% of the forecasts of the Finance Law, noting that the arrears of VAT refund and corporate tax refund requests were respectively 41.2 billion and 4.1 billion at the end of December 2019.
