The motorists escaped unscathed. The cars sustained heavy damage. There is currently no trace of the vandals. A father of one of the victims tells on 1 Limburg that the 34-year-old driver and the co-driver were driving 130 kilometers per hour with their car, when a large amount of gravel from the Ellerbrug hit their car with a bang. “They saw nothing more, but thank God they were able to stop the car,” the victim’s father tells the 1Limburg website.
