This monday 11 january From 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a blood drive will be held in the village hall, organized by the association of volunteer blood donors from Razès in collaboration with the French Blood Establishment. The EFS regularly launches calls to mobilize a maximum of donors because the needs are permanent and the stocks are currently limited to guarantee the numerous transfusions necessary for the surgical operations or for the emergency services for the injured.
To motivate young people aged 18 to 25, the Razès blood donor association is offering a free raffle with a stake in bowling sessions at Planète Bowling (Carcassonne). The drawing of lots will be made among all the young people who come to the collection. Remember that collections are always supervised by doctors who welcome donors for a medical interview prior to the donation. Very important: to participate in this collection, it will be mandatory to go to the medical reception with an identity document. All health security measures, distancing, etc. will be taken in view of the Covid-19 pandemic.
After having accomplished the saving gesture, each donor is invited to sit down for a comforting snack with drinks and sweet or savory foods. Partner of the organizing association, the Limoux “Moto-Quad-Passion” club invites all bikers to join them for this fundraising.
