Broccoli Nutrition Facts as a Super Food – – Broccoli is a type of vegetable that is quite easy to find in Indonesia. Plants that have a scientific name Brassica oleracea belong to the cabbage group. Broccoli is widely used in processed dishes such as capcay, stir-fry, or simply steaming.

Some health experts call broccoli as a super food category vegetable or super food with extraordinary nutrition. This is because it is known that broccoli has many health benefits.
The nutrients contained in broccoli include fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium. In addition, this vegetable also contains a lot of protein compared to other types of vegetables.
