Broadcaster Wulan Guritno gets IDR 50 billion injection, its shares jump 10%

PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCIA) announced that the company has secured a bank loan of 50 billion rupees. The funds will be used by the company to add outlets.

Launching the company’s official statement, on Wednesday (30/11/2022), LUCY today entered into a cooperation agreement with Bank Central Asia (BCA) in terms of financing IDR 50 billion. The funding was channeled into two phases, namely Rp. 20 billion in the first phase and Rp. 30 billion in the second phase.

The funding funds will be used by the company to open LUCY outlets which are expected to be developed into 16 new outlets across Indonesia.

LUCY shares soared so high today. It was noted that at the close of trading, LUCY shares increased by 10% to a level of IDR 220.

LUCY itself also unveiled the Lucy Curated Compound (LCC) today. The Lucy Curated Compound outlet or what will be known as LCC Adityawarman will take approximately 3 months to construct. The building consists of 2 floors with an area of ​​1,386 m2 and can accommodate up to 700 visitors.

LUCIA is a company that owns a chain of rooftop garden bars under the name Lucy in the Sky. Interestingly, there is the name Sri Wulandari on the board of commissioners of this broadcaster, which is the real name of Wulan Guritno.

At Adityawarman LCC, PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga also inaugurated 2 (two) of its newest brands and outlets, namely Lucy Steak and Buns and Lucy Beer Mart.

Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk Chief Manager Surya Andarurachman Putra added that Lucy Curated Compound will reopen soon in Kemang area which is currently under renovation and will be completed in early 2023.

Similarly, the Lucy in the Sky outlet in Bandung, currently under renovation, will also open at the end of December 2022.
