“It is unfortunate that Prime Minister Liz Truss used her first appearance at the United Nations to commit a potential violation of international law by promising a ‘review’ of the location of the British embassy in Israel,” the Palestinian ambassador said in United Kingdom, Husam Zomlot said in response.

“Any move by the embassy would be a blatant violation of international law and Britain’s historical responsibility,” he said.
