Researchers from the British Museum have discovered treasures that from 1 thousand to 3 thousand years.

Many of the finds were found using a metal detector. In total, this 20,906 items discovered in 2018 during 1,094 excavations throughout the country.
Among those found: a stamp with a wax seal of an elephant, a figurine of a knight emerging from a snail shell (previously a snail was a symbol of cowardice), rare and bizarre silvera gilded gilded snail horse, also this medieval golden seal matrix (dating from about 1250-1350. ad).
The exact dates of the manufacture of artifacts are difficult to find out. But scientists have definitely established that the objects are at least 1 thousand years old. Some artifacts are about 3 thousand years old.
“The treasures have captured our imaginations for centuries, and it’s interesting to see what is discovered each year. These discoveries make an invaluable contribution to knowledge and understanding of our shared history.
