End of cycle for some, beginning of chapter for others, beginning of the end for the United Kingdom and the European Union as we know them. Three and a half years after the referendum that forever changed British politics and public debate, there is a day that never came again (and that some dreamed it would never come). On this 31st January 2020, the fourth Brexit Day, after the previous three failed, the United Kingdom joins the European club and receives the unprecedented title of former member state, 47 years after joining.
