Brazil is the best team at the World Cup in Qatar: Croatian coach
The matches of the FIFA World Cup are approaching the final stage. In just seven more matches, the new world champions will kiss the cup on Qatari soil.
On Friday at 20:30 IST, the quarterfinal matches will kick off on Qatar’s ground with the match between Brazil and Croatia. Argentina will face the Netherlands on Saturday.
But before the match Croatian coach Zlatko Dalic openly expressed his opinion about Brazil.
“Brazil is the best and strongest team in the Qatar World Cup. Look at their team, they are a scary team in every respect of selection, quality of players, skills, star value,” he said Dalic.
“We have a big challenge ahead of us. It’s difficult to play against Brazil who play good football. Brazil are playing with great quality, speed and confidence. The quality of their players is demonstrated.
But we don’t give up. We have nothing to fear,’ she added.
They are convinced that the match with Brazil is not a battle between equal powers. But he also said that Brazil is not a nightmare for the Croatian team, who are playing with dedication and confidence.
For Brazil, Neymar, Vinicius, Martinelli and Richarlison will lead Brazil’s attacks from the front. In midfield, Bruno Guerrez and Paquetá will deliver the ball relentlessly to the forward line, while Casemiro and Fred will keep the ball out of their own half.
Thiago Silva, Danilo, Bremer and Militao will form the defence, while Luka Modric, Perisic and Petkovic will lead Croatia.
In case of victory in Friday’s match, Brazil will face the winner of Argentina-Netherlands in the semifinal on Saturday morning.
