campaign Director, Brazil – Job Summary
GoodPower (GP) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Director for Brazil. This pivotal role will focus on identifying, designing, and executing impactful interaction and advocacy campaigns to accelerate Brazil’s transition to clean energy and significantly reduce national greenhouse gas emissions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Brazilian policy and regulatory landscapes, coupled with a talent for crafting creative, data-driven communications that build public support for key solutions. These solutions include utility-scale wind and solar power,transmission infrastructure development,energy storage,rooftop solar installations,the adoption of electric transportation,and the implementation of regenerative agricultural practices.A critical component of this role will be proactively countering misinformation and securing tangible policy wins at the federal,state,and municipal levels.
Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading strategy development, conducting thorough research, overseeing campaign execution, and fostering strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with GP’s campaigns, communications, research, and partnerships teams, as well as with Brazilian NGOs, community leaders, industry representatives, and policymakers.
