Also at the second and last opera premiere of the Salzburg Festival – Mozart’s “Così fan tutte” – the audience in the Großer Festspielhaus on Sunday demonstrated that bravo calls can also be impressively made with mouth-nose protection. This was mainly due to the fact that Christof Loy only experimented a little with his directorial work and so there was hardly an interpretative staging.
