Things went wrong this weekend on the Kerkweg in Reeuwijk; a Dutch Audi RS Q8 ended up there in the adjacent water due to a still unknown cause. Fortunately, we can report that there were no injuries in the accident, the car was a little less successful. At the moment it is not possible to say whether the Audi has been fully written off or that it can still be saved.
According to the RDW data, the Audi RS Q8 was put on Dutch license plate on 04-01-2020 and the replacement value was a hefty € 248,901. The Audi RS Q8 uses a 4.0-liter V8 with two turbos and a mild hybrid system to develop 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque. Thanks to this power and torque, the large SUV can reach 100 km / h from a standstill in just 3.8 seconds, making it only two tenths of a second slower than the mighty Lamborghini Urus. The 0 to 200 km / h sprint takes 13.7 seconds, which means that it is 0.9 seconds slower than the Urus. The top speed is 250 km / h unless you check the Dynamic Package Plus on the option list, then you can continue up to 305 km / h. We arrived earlier this month 303 km / h!
