The director of the concert recording “A Year Without a Calendar” is Kaspars Roga, the drummer of “Prāta vetra”, who was not visible at this event. Fans of “Prāta vētra” have noticed that the group has appeared on stage without Roga in several concerts this year. Nelli Bubujanca plays drums instead of him.
“Kaspar is currently in Barcelona, drawing inspiration. Most likely, from the works of Gaudi,” revealed the group’s soloist Renard Kauper.
“He just likes to go here where we are not. Where he can be alone. It’s not the first time Caspar has been in Barcelona. He feels good there,” explained Michelson.
“Kaspars is still in the group, in that sense everything is fine. However, sometimes when there is a more spontaneous concert that he cannot attend, Nelli comes to help us. Thank you very much to her.
There have also been cases where Kaspar cannot play due to his health” Renard said.
Both Cowper himself and Roga have never hidden that they have dealt with vegetative dystonia. This league slowed down the daily rush-Renars and his family moved to Liepāja, Kaspars-a Enguri. Now the drummer has gone even further in search of peace – to the shores of the Mediterranean in sunny Spain.
