Mahsa Vahdat is from Tehran/Iran and now lives in Norway. While there this summer working on a new album with the SKRUK choir, he suggested the title “Braids of innocence” – not knowing how explosive the title would be when it was released. Mahsa Vahdat is one of those Iranian musicians who have been fighting for women’s rights for years. We present her new work at the Hörbar.
