Boy harasses passers-by: woman goes to hospital | Inland

The suspect is a tinted man between the ages of 16 and 20 with dark curls, police said. He hasn’t been caught yet.

The beatings took place at the end of the afternoon or the beginning of the evening in the vicinity of the Van Beethovenlaan. The victims are between 15 and 79. Among the abused persons is a woman who was hit on the head with an object.

She had to be taken to hospital to receive treatment for her injuries.
