It was night until Saturday the police received the first report of the teenager with an automatic weapon.
– The person who reported to the police felt that he was charged with knowledge and will, says operations manager Sindre Molnes.
Another person reported, and police defined it as a plivo incident. That is, ongoing life-threatening violence.
– We sent what we had of resources to the place.
– We gradually gained observation of both weapons and person with our own forces, and gained control of person without drama. The weapon was also secured, says the operations manager.

According to police, the weapon was an AK-47. Police have investigated the weapon on Saturday morning.

No one was injured, but the police take the incident very seriously.
During questioning on Saturday morning, the man is said to have said that he had no intention of harming or intimidating anyone, and that he always knew that the weapon was harmless.
– The man in his teens has acknowledged the facts, and will return to the question of criminal guilt. He has now graduated, as we have no reason to keep him anymore, says Jan Roar Gidske in the police.
The police have also made a few more seizures, and that it will now be assessed whether these are relevant to the case. They will not say which fittings are in question.

One of the witnesses at the scene was Endre Krogsæter, who himself was threatened with the weapon.
