Since this morning, Bouygues Telecom’s Twitter account has been responding in a chain to customers who are having problems with their mobile line.
They see repeated failures to make a call or send an SMS. After a while the communication can nevertheless start again. As for internet connections, they can suffer from unusual delays.
Bouygues assistance has not officially communicated the existence of a problem, but it is the same answer that is given each time and which consists in deactivating 4G in favor of 2G / 3G. The operator also advises to consult the following page which does not provide much information at the moment.
The fault reporting site, DownDetector, mentions several cities like Paris, Toulouse, Lyon, Nanterre and others where customers have reported network access problems.
