Boston and Toronto lead 3-0

Orlando (AP) – The Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors are about to move into the second playoff round of the NBA.

Boston, with German international Daniel Theis in the starting lineup, also won the third game in the series against the Philadelphia 76ers. The Celtics scored the last ten points of the game in a 102-94 victory in the last two minutes.

The best player of the Celtics was all-star Kemba Walker with 24 points and eight rebounds. Theis contributed eight points, five rebounds and two blocks to the success, but had to end the game early after his sixth foul.

Defending champion Toronto also leads 3-0 in their series against the Brooklyn Nets after a convincing 117-92 win.

In the Western Conference, the Dallas Mavericks with Maxi Kleber are behind in the series against the Los Angeles Clippers. In game three, the Mavericks lost 122-130. Superstar Luka Doncic scored only 13 points with a weak throw rate and injured his ankle in the third quarter. Thanks to ten rebounds and ten assists, the Slovenian posted his first triple double in the playoffs. Kleber, who started as a center, hit only one of his five throws and got five points and four rebounds.

Led by Mike Conley, who returned to the Bubble in Orlando after the birth of his child and after the subsequent quarantine, the Utah Jazz clearly won 124-87 against the Denver Nuggets and lead with 2-1 wins in the series.
